How do I access the space for my meeting?
Access is granted through a mobile credential using the KISI app, which allows NFC-enabled entry. Our front-of-house team is always on-site to assist if needed.
What are the available hours for room bookings?
Meeting rooms can be booked Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Where do I go when I arrive?
We have an interactive map of our space to help guide you or stop by the front desk — our team is happy to assist.
Is parking available for my guests?
Yes! We have a large on-site parking lot available on a first-come, first-served basis.
What technology is included in the meeting rooms?
Each room is equipped with a large flat screen tv, video conferencing capabilities, and whiteboards. If you have specific tech needs, feel free to ask!
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included for all guests. Login details will be provided upon arrival.
Can I bring in my own catering or food?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food or use one of our recommended catering partners. Please inquire if you’d like our vendor list.
Is coffee or tea available?
We offer self-serve coffee and tea on-site. For larger bookings, a coffee cart is available for an additional fee.
Can I arrive early to set up?
Yes, you’re welcome to arrive shortly before your booked time to set up. If you need extra time, consider adding it to your booking window.
